Eastside Community Center Donor Wall

This piece was created to honor the families, individuals, and organizations who have contributed to the Eastside Community Center. It is a celebration of the generosity and commitment that support programs, education, and resources for the neighborhood.

The installation is a donor wall, but it goes beyond a traditional plaque. Large conveyed mirrors reflect the space and the people who visit, symbolizing the ongoing impact of the donors and inviting viewers to see themselves as part of the community legacy.

Interspersed among the mirrors are multicolored plexiglass pieces, each engraved with the name of a donor. The colors represent the diversity and vibrancy of the Eastside, and the layering of materials creates depth and a sense of connection among all contributors.
